24/7 Customer Support

In-Home 24/7 Care Services in Vermont and New Hampshire

Care for Seniors who need assistance around the clock, including overnight.

For 24/7 Care, our scheduling coordinators assign a team of at least five caregivers who take turns providing care in 12-hour shifts. Caregivers do not actually live with the client, but a separate room with a bed is required when caregivers expect to sleep through the night. There are two types of care for the overnight shift: Sleep-Overnight Care and Awake-Overnight Care.

Sleep-Overnight Care

Sleep-Overnight Care is appropriate when the caregiver can sleep 6-8 hours of the 12 hours in the home with few interruptions. If this is the right care for you, a separate room with an appropriate bed must be provided, including a mattress and bedding. We will automatically upgrade a shift to Awake-Overnight Care if your caregiver needs to wake up more than three times during the night to provide care to your loved one. Our overnight care services can be stand-alone or in addition to daytime care.

Awake-Overnight Care

If you or your loved one needs someone to provide continuous care through the night by staying awake during the 8-12-hour shift, this is considered Awake-Overnight Care. The caregiver will remain awake and alert through the night, ready and able to provide care. This type of service can be stand-alone or in addition to daytime care.

No matter what time of day or night, you can rest easy when a professional caregiver tends to you or your loved ones around the clock.

Our Nurse Case Managers can conduct a full assessment to gauge your needs and provide more information about which type of overnight care is right for you. Contact us today to get started.
