Your teammates at TLC have put together a care package to show our appreciation for what you do. We want to acknowledge that our wonderful Caregivers and Nurses are in the frontline of this pandemic and we want them to be healthy and safe. The care packages consist of:
- Water Bottle
- Alcohol hand sanitizer (Please hold on to the bottle as it can be refilled)
- Liquid hand soap
- Vitamin C Chewable tablets
- 3 Packs of Emergency Vitamin C packets
- Tylenol or Acetaminophen Tablets
- Halls
- Gloves are only supplied to caregivers working in home care that do not have them in the client’s home.
Your care packages are only available for pick-up at our South Burlington office at this time. Please call the office 10 minutes before your arrival to the office. We will leave it outside on the table with your name to adhere to social distancing.
Please call the office to reserve your care package so that we know how many packages to be sent down with our delivery person.
Berlin Office pick-up hours: Friday 03/27 11 am – 12: 30 pm at the parking lot of 654 Granger Road Berlin.
The delivery person will be driving a silver Honda Element with TLC HomeCare log on the car for easy identification. Please call the office if you have any further questions or concerns…

We have ordered additional supplies that are in backorder and will be provided to you once we receive them. These include:
- Additional Gloves
- Additional Alcohol hand sanitizers
- Oral Thermometer
- Surgical Masks
- N95 Masks
In the meantime, know that we have the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available for our caregivers working in home care setting to care for patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 or in quarantine for possible exposure to COVID-19. Your nurse case manager will go over how to properly don and remove your PPE. You will be directed by your nurse case manager on where to pick up your PPE.

Update on Berlin and West Lebanon care package Pick up times. We have arranged for a delivery person to distribute the items to you tomorrow. Please note that this delivery person is NOT associated with TLC HomeCare or TLC Nursing. Please DO NOT discuss any personal or client concerns with him, as it would be a HIPAA violation. He is there only to deliver items on behalf of your teammates at TLC. Please call the office to reserve your care package so that we know how many packages to be sent down.
