EXCITING CHANGES AT TLC

On April 8, 2012, we will be moving to a new scheduling software, replacing the current eRSP. The new software will make time tracking easier and payroll processing quicker. The toll-free number that you use to clock in and out will change. The new software will make it easier for you to check schedules online, view client care plans and information on the clients that you will be working with and enter visit notes.

Here’s how it works…

You refer potential caregivers and…

You get $50 when they get their first paycheck!!

You get another $100 when they have been here for 90 days*!!!

You get another $150 when they’ve been here 6 months*!!!!

You get another $200 at their one-year anniversary*!!!!!

That’s a total of $500 just because you talked about TLC Nursing and suggested to qualified folks that they apply here! Think about it when you refer only 4 people who stay here with you for one year, you’ll be adding $2,000 to your pocket!

*Employee must work regularly at least 4 shifts per month.

NOROVIRUS IS OUT THERE!

The norovirus (stomach flu) has been making the rounds in a number of the facilities. If you are working (staff or one-on-one) and there is an outbreak, please be sure you take the necessary precautions to not get sick or spread the virus. The facilities will provide masks, gowns and gloves. The key to not spreading this is frequent hand washing and use of antibacterial hand sanitizers. Also remember to change clothes as soon as you are done your shift so you don’t carry the virus to other clients or home to your family. If you have any questions, please call the office and talk with one of our nurses.

WELCOME SPRING!!!

Spring is just around the corner (although it already feels like summer), and don’t forget, the Easter Bunny will be here soon. Just a reminder that TLC policy for caregivers is that you work every other weekend, so please remember to stay with your schedule. Please give me a call so that we can make sure we have current information on your phone carrier so that you don’t miss out on our broadcasts. And don’t forget our referral bonus!! If you know of someone who you think would be a good fit with TLC, please refer them to us. Thank you ALL for everything you do each and every day for TLC.

-Sue Waters, Staffing Coordinator
